Mitch

Mitch originally came to yoga through his own back problems, ADHD, and a friend. He’s an Occupational Therapist and personal trainer who enjoys working with kids and teaching people foundational movements — with an end goal of bringing independence of movement to those he works with. 

His first experiences with yoga weren’t exactly stellar; however, with his background as a trainer and education as an OT, he was able to break down the poses & movements he was weak at, turn them into exercises, and practice them at his own pace.

Mitch's practice focuses on exercise patterns and poses rather than a traditional yoga flow. He believes in the importance of practicing these exercises and poses separately in order to better bring them together as a complete yoga flow.

Move with Mitch is a great class for beginners, as well as those more experienced yogis looking to breaking down the movements of their regular yoga classes.
