Qigong (pronounced "chee-guhng") is an ancient traditional Chinese mind-body practice that combines slow, flowing movements, mindfulness and intention, and deep breathing to cultivate and balance qi (vital life force energy).
Similar to Tai Chi, Qigong is recognized as a form of "moving meditation" that will not only help you reduce chronic stress and anxiety, but also improve your balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular and immune system health.
