Join Andrea Schnaus, RYT® 200, Level I & II Reiki Practitioner, Plant Medicine Facilitator (of both Cacao and Hape), Natal Chart Astrologer, and Sound Bath Facilitator, for this special spring event!

Awaken the body, open the heart, and ignite your inner fire. This class weaves together intentional movement, breath, and ceremonial cacao to create space for connection, vitality, and presence. 

We'll begin by sharing cacao- a warming and invigorating blend- crafted to stimulate circulation, enhance focus, and gently energize the body. With its rich, spiced profile, this cacao supports a sense of inner heat- perfect for transitioning into fluid, embodied movement. This experience is an opportunity to reconnect- with your body, your breath, and your inner spark- leaving you feeling uplifted, centered, and alive. 

All levels are welcome. Come as you are. 

*If you have a cup or mug that bears special sentiment to you, please bring it to receive your cacao. Objects imbued with good energy will only enhance the benefits of the cacao.

Please give yourself extra time to arrive at the studio, check in, and set up your space. Doors open 30 minutes before event start time. 

Additionally, it is recommended (for maximum benefit from the cacao) to fast for at least 2-3 hours before the event, avoid caffeine for 6-8 hours before, and please let Andrea know if you take any antidepressants or SSRI's before receiving your cup. (Each participant will receive individualized and private time with Andrea when receiving their ceremonial dose of cacao.) 

All participants will be encouraged to follow the session with a nourishing meal (high in protein) and plenty of water to rehydrate.
