Join our very own Andrea Schnaus, RYT® 200, Level I & II Reiki Practitioner, Plant Medicine Facilitator, Natal Chart Astrologer, and Sound Bath Facilitator, for an immersive sound bath using a variety of sound healing instruments such as crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes, and more. 

Andrea provides a deeply relaxing and healing sound journey using the power of intentional sound and vibrational therapy. She guides participants through the different layers of the meditative state by creating healing Reiki-infused vibrations and frequencies that wash over and through the body creating an environment of harmony on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

Sound Healing has been used to treat insomnia, stress and anxiety, depression, PTSD and addictions. Other benefits include deep relaxation, lowered blood pressure, pain relief, release of blocked emotions and an overall sense of well-being.

Dress in cozy and comfortable layers (don't forget fuzzy socks!). We have yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows available in the studio. Feel free to bring extra blankets, cushions, or anything you would like for maximum comfort lying down.  Allow yourself extra time to arrive at the studio, check in, and set up your space. Doors open 30 minutes before event start time.
