To celebrate the Spring Equinox, we are offering this special extended (90 minute) Pilates class!
As we welcome all that blooms this time of year, we'll spend some extra time cultivating what can bloom for our bodies. We'll mindfully move and incorporate the Pilates ring, light weights, and Pilates ball to engage the core, lengthen muscles, and build strength. Movement will focus on lengthening, strengthening and growing in all directions.
Class will conclude with a guided meditation and singing bowls.
Perfect introduction to mat Pilates for beginners. This session is covered by any regular class pass or membership.
