Welcome to rest and digest! This slow-paced, non-heated, gentle flow session will begin with an invitation to grounding body and mind on the mat. We will then add in gentle movements, myofascial release and self-massage techniques, and culminate with restorative poses to aid you in the processing of events, interactions, and consumption from Thanksgiving festivities.
This is an all-levels friendly session. Dress in warm, comfortable layers and be prepared to leave feeling refreshed and replenished.
