PowerFlow is a vinyasa yoga practice that connects breath to movement. Expect to warm-up the body slowly and then move into dynamic, flowing postures at a faster pace. This class incorporates more challenging poses; some yoga experience will be beneficial.
Non-heated class. Cold and/or dry towels are available.
Beginners may find this too fast-paced, check with instructor before registering.
