This beginner class is focused on helping the new student (or seasoned-but-always-curious student) build a strong, foundational practice. Basic principles of yoga will be covered, including common yoga terminology and philosophy, breathwork (pranayama), poses (asanas), and meditation.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to start a yoga practice (whether in-home, or in-studio). Gentle and all-levels friendly. The only thing you need bring is your desire to learn.
Warning: regular attendance will increase flexibility (both physical and spiritual).
