This dynamic Pilates class combines targeted strengthening and stretching exercises to tone your body, enhance flexibility, and improve posture. Using a mat (and light weights, bands, and Pilates balls, depending on the sequence), you’ll move through a series of controlled movements designed to engage your core, lengthen muscles, and build long-lasting strength.
This session will have the added benefit of a heated room (target is 82-84F), to allow for increased pliability of the soft tissues. Combined with a focus on the central powerhouse of the body (think core-centered movement), you can expect to break a sweat during this session. (Towels and cool water are available).
