Join us over your lunch break for a chance to return to breath, to stillness, to self. This 15-minute session (offered in studio AND online) encourages the student to make time for training the mind to focus and achieve a state of calmness and clarity. Varying styles of meditation will be offered (mindfulness, guided, loving kindness, and transcendental). Whether you are new to the practice, or a seasoned guru, you can anticipate unleashing the benefits of this simple (but not "easy") method of self-care.
