Hot Yin Yang Yoga takes place in a hot room; our practice space is heated to approximately 90-degrees Fahrenheit. Yin/Yang combines both Yin and Yang elements in one class providing a balanced practice which can have a powerful effect on energy levels. This class unites the benefits of passively holding yoga poses to the use of dynamic sequences and standing postures to warm-up the body slowly and then move into dynamic, flowing postures at a faster pace. There may be some flow-at-your-own-pace time during the practice. The class will end with slower stretching and Savasana (a resting period) to cool the body down.
Some yoga experience will be beneficial.
Water and dry towels will be available.
