This dynamic hybrid fusion combines the rhythmic, ballet-inspired lower body engagement of traditional Barre movements with the core-centric, intentional movements of Pilates into one engaging class.
All props used (Pilates ball, wheel, bands, hand and ankle weights, mats and barre) are included with the class pass. Students need only bring their curiosity and sense of adventure to explore the finer musculature used in these controlled movements.
