Vinyasa encourages students to coordinate movement with breath while flowing from one pose to the next. Builds strength, endurance, flexibility, and connection to self. Warm Vinyasa adds an additional level of strong dynamic movement with the room heat raised.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of yoga asana recommended.
Class ends with a restorative Śavāsana (Corpse) Pose!

- This class is heated to 82-85 degrees Fahrenheit and is physically challenging. Refrain from attending if you are heat-intolerant, have history of heatstroke, or are pregnant.
- Reservations for regular group classes are welcome but not required. We are accepting drop-in students.
- You may bring your own mat, or studio mats are available for use. Our studio mats are disinfected after each use.
- We apologize, but we cannot offer refunds or extensions on passes, memberships, packages, workshops/special events, or private sessions.
- 18 years of age or younger must have parental consent for waiver.
