Sculpt, or Yoga with weights, combines traditional yoga poses with the use of light to medium hand-held weights or resistance bands to add strength training to the asana practice. Benefits of a regular practice include increased muscle tone and/or mass, improved strength and endurance, and a more effective calorie burn from this full-body workout.
