Hot Yin Yoga takes place in a hot room; our practice space is heated to approximately 90-degrees Fahrenheit. Yin Yoga is a slow, quiet, meditative practice. Expect to hold poses in a static position for 1-3 minutes at a time to access deeper layers of connective tissues in the body. The class will end with a restorative Savasana (resting period). This class is beginner-friendly.
