Hot Flow encourages students to coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next – building strength, endurance, flexibility, and connection to self as you dynamically flow from postures at a faster pace. Some yoga experience will be beneficial.
Class ends with a restorative śavāsana {rest period}.
