Barre combines pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of strengthening exercises dancers do to create a workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and improve your fitness level. Some benefits include improvements in posture, flexibility, strength, and balance. Dance experience definitely not required!
