A passive practice which moves into stillness, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 1 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia (connective tissue). Class ends with a guided meditation and relaxing Śavāsana (final rest).

For those who are unable to join our livestream, a recording of the class will be sent to everyone with a reservation.
