Slow Flow Yoga focuses on learning how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses as the primary focus. There is time to learn and introspect on each pose and how they can be modified. It's a combination practice of a slower vinyasa and hatha style of practice.The slow speed helps to get your mind synced with the body being at ease. Beginner friendly.
