Hot Yoga 26 takes place in a hot room; our practice space is heated to approximately 90-degrees Fahrenheit. The class starts standing with breathwork and moves into dynamic warm-up poses before coming into a playful practice of static balancing poses, prone (on the belly) poses, seated poses, and supine (on the back) poses. The class will end with Savasana (a resting period) to cool the body down. All-levels class.
Water and dry towels will be available.
